Raceups was born from real-world experience in helping students prepare for their professional journeys.
Since 2014, through Race Institute, we have helped more than 6,000 students build successful careers across pharma, life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, medical coding, revenue cycle management (RCM), and IT. Along the way, we noticed a recurring challenge among fresh graduates, including those from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and rural communities.
Many learners had strong technical knowledge and the determination to succeed. Yet they needed support with English communication, interview confidence, and expressing their abilities clearly. Consistent practice and personalised guidance could help them bring that potential into the conversation.
Interview preparation requires more than studying questions and answers. Learners need opportunities to speak, make mistakes, receive constructive feedback, and improve before stepping into an actual interview.
That insight inspired Raceups—an AI-powered career learning and interview preparation platform designed to make meaningful practice accessible beyond the classroom.
